PREPARATION METHOD AND ADVICE (RECOMMENDED RECIPE) The "Forte" Friselle di Altamura can be enjoyed as a crouton with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil or according to the Apulian tradition (wet and seasoned, as per the recommended recipe) Ingredients: 2 Friselle di Altamura "Forte", 200g of Pachino tomatoes, 1 clove of garlic, a pinch of salt, a pinch of oregano, 20g (2 tablespoons) of extra virgin olive oil. 1) Place the friselle on a serving dish and wet each of them with 3 tablespoons of water at room temperature. 2) Cut the tomatoes into small pieces, pour them into a bowl and season with extra virgin olive oil, garlic cut into small pieces, oregano and salt. Mix. 3) Arrange the prepared dressing on the friselle.
